Facilities: Our boat is equipped with a toilet and changing facilities for your convenience.

Boat Fuel: Fuel for the trip is not included in the total price.

Terms & Conditions

Payments Policy

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total charter cost is required to confirm a booking.
The reservation is confirmed upon successful receipt of this deposit.

Accepted Payment Methods:

Payments are accepted through major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Viva Wallet), direct bank transfers, and POS transactions for your convenience.
Secure payment details and bank transfer information will be provided upon request.

Late Payments:

Failure to complete the full payment within the specified timeframe may result in reservation cancellation, with the 30% deposit retained.

Refund Policy

The 30% deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before a daily charter may be eligible for a partial refund of the remaining balance.

What should I bring on the boat trip?

It's advisable to bring towels, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and a camera to capture the beautiful scenery. Comfortable clothing and swimwear are also recommended for your comfort.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my trip?

Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. In case of inclement weather (strong winds, storms), we will assess the situation and provide options to reschedule your trip or offer a refund.

Do you provide life jackets?

Yes, we provide life jackets for all guests onboard, including children, to ensure safety during the boat trip.

Can I bring my pet on the boat trip?

Unfortunately, for safety and hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed on our boat trips. Please make arrangements for pet care during your excursion.

Are gratuities included in the price?

Gratuities for the crew are not included in the price of the boat trip. If you feel that the crew has provided exceptional service, gratuities are appreciated but not obligatory.
